Last updated: 21/04/2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Personal identification information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth.
  • Health and fitness data: information you share so we can train you safely.
  • Payment information where relevant.
  • Usage data from your interactions with our website.
  • Cookieless analytics data about how you use the website.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to:

  • provide and personalise our services,
  • process transactions,
  • communicate with you,
  • improve our services, and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases: your consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or legitimate interests where the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with service providers that support our business, where legally required, or in the course of a business transfer.

5. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and consent withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. These do not store cookies or other identifiers on your device, do not track you across other websites, and are not used for advertising.

We also use Meta advertising technology, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram adverts work and to show them to people like you. It sets a cookie and tells Meta when you visit our website and when you send us an enquiry. When you send an enquiry, your name, email address and phone number are also sent to Meta from our own server in scrambled (hashed) form, so that Meta can recognise the enquiry as yours if you have a Meta account, and so that this still works if your browser blocks the cookie. We never send Meta these details in readable form, and we do not use any of it to make decisions about you. You can control this through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, through your browser’s cookie controls, or by using a tracking blocker.

You can manage cookies through your browser.

8. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; we recommend reviewing their policies separately.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
